Soilmec introduces new SR-65 EVO
As part of its presence at the IFCEE 2018 show, Soilmec
unveiled its newest rig – the SR-65 EVO. The new rig offers
a multitude of features to provide greater simplicity without
sacrificing reliability or performance:
• The only rig in its class capable of being transported with
a 406 mm bar on the rig, with an overall height less than
3,540 mm (11.6 ft) thanks to the Soilmec U-shape counter-weight
design
• Fast rig up and rig down, just 30 minutes to be operational
on site
• Powerful Winch Crown System (74,200 lb) and high Rated
Torque (177,000 lb ft). The rig has been designed with
cased drilled shafts in mind
• The best combination between max working radius and
limited tail radius, ideal for the most confined worksites,
to 360 degrees rotation with 3.9 ft tool diameter
• Simple and fast conversion to LHR configuration, thanks
to the new mast design
• Large engine (max power 380 hp) for high power
• Quick mast foot removable kit for installation of large
diameter tools under the mast
• Kit for fast change of the drilling inter axis from 2.5 ft
to 3.3 ft
• Removable counterweight
• Available in two crowd versions: CCS and WCS
• Possibility to add CFA Quick Change kit for simple and
fast conversion from/to CFA
• High performance and deep piles in CFA configurations
• Simplified hydraulic and electric plants
